Fiero Throttle Body Machining
The bore is machined 4mm over stock to 56mm w/a new custom plate fitted to the bore.
The 1/2 shaft mod seen here consists of removing the front half of the throttle blade shaft and securing the plate with two low profile stainless steel screws to allow the most possible CFMs without compromising wall thickness.
The 1/2 shaft is widely used on Turbo and Supercharged cars with no reported breakage
This TB will flow equal CFMs to a 58mm TB That's 6mm larger than Stock
Another vendor sells this model with just a 3mm bore increase for a higher price!
Besides the machining operation, the throttle body will be cleaned, bead blasted, and painted with ceramic hi temp paint and new shaft seals installed.

Another vendor states that they will remachine the seat for the IAC.
This same IAC design is widely used throughout the industry and the seats don't ever need to be remachined
The ISC function isn't to seal off the air. It's only supposed to choke it down as needed to regulate the idle RPMs.
